I am just getting back into programming. I started when I was about 4 years old with Basic on a Tandy 1000. Purchased a book when I was 8 called "Teach Yourself Visual Basic in 21 Day's" by Sams Publishing. When I was 13 I lucked out and got a co-op placement at General Motors of Canada, with help from my high-school, where I went on to produce a program for their quality control department. It was implemented into 6 plants within North America. I then decided to drop out of high-school in Grade 11 and went on framing houses for about 12 years. In May of 2012 I had an accident at work, a nail got lodged in my eye, resulting in a complete loss of vision in my left eye. I was fortunate enough to have insurance and am currently enrolled in a 2 year computer programming course at Durham College in Ontario, Canada. If my questions seem a little newbish, bear with me, I'll get back into the swing of things :)
