Systems Analyst & Developer

Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing Microsoft based systems and identify opportunities that can improve efficiencies of business processes Make recommendations on custom applications which include a number of MS-Access data capture systems for Stewardship and other databases which need to be moved into a central SQL repository Coordinate application development for multiple projects. Assisting in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects Assist network administrator with application installation and testing. Troubleshooting software application issues and resolve application functionality related issues Identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements Analyse data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions. Develop application and manage project right through the life cycle. Provide SQL administration in live and test environments
