After a 20 year career in the Air Force as a pilot, I elected to pursue a different path. With a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, I've always spent my spare time writing programs, usually stuff to help automate things around the office, so I felt this would be a natural transition.
I started with general programming, but quickly gravitated to data centric applications using MS Access. That quickly grew to Microsoft SQL Server, including SSIS and SSRS, which is where I currently spend a lot of time at my current job. In 2006, I was introduced to SharePoint and have been working full-time in every version since. I am currently a Microsoft MVP in M365 Development.
I am always looking to expand my capabilities and toolset, especially in SharePoint. I am active in my local SharePoint User group and love the community of SharePoint developers, admins, users, etc.
