Almost my entire career is in an agency environment that often requires me to communicate with clients, switching between projects and teams, and tight deliverables. It made me aware of what clients want (a product that will generate revenue), what the users want (bug-free application and easy user experience), what software engineers want (developer experience that would make their life easier), and what I can do to deliver a project magnificently.
