As a UX professional, I work towards helping stakeholders to identify and define a user problem, and flow it up with a design solution that allows them to better engage with their audience.

Over the span of 6 years I have, I have worked on Fintech, Social commerce, e-commerce, Project management tools, and enterprise applications, which has enabled me to better understand user behavior, across the different segments. This has taught me that we always need to start with the "Why?" and as a result helped me understand what drives a user.

Converting those answers into needs and pain points, and then translating them into simple and usable designs is what excites me.
