As a 74-year0old, I am mostly retired, but as Michael Corleone said, "I keep trying to get out, but they keep dragging me back in." Currently I have one client, whose software I began to write in 2004. By any standards, that is an app with legs! Mind you, I had to learn a lot about engineering and more specifically, safety engineering, but I did it. I learned the terms and their meaning, and wrote the software to satisfy the requirements. Despite my protestations to the contrary, I'm a coder at heart, and shall probably remain so until my demise. But that is not the sum of me. I also write books, mostly about database subjects about also about cinema and literature, and even one about pornography. I shall endeavor to post these writings, in case someone in the net might be intrested.
