I've been programming professionally for 7 years, mostly on C#, web-based stuff and dabble with Java and Python. I've also worked with the PHP web framework Symfony 2.

I've now moved to Bangkok where I'm working primarily on Scala.

I enjoy motorcycling being the owner of a Kawasaki Ninja 250 and now a KTM RC 390. My spare time is divided between fitness (i deadlift 335 lbs with a body-weight of 150ish), music (making EDM, playing piano) and used to blog about videogames on playandconquer.com but I don't find time for gaming anymore so I shut it down.

I also recommend getting a membership http://www.pluralsight.com/training. There's a tonne of great videos out there by some awesome developers (including some by Jon).
