I am a BME PhD graduate student at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. My research focuses on the investigation of non-invasive MR cartilage biomarkers to study cartilage degeneration, particularly in the human knee. My undergraduate education was at the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Bioengineering through the imaging track.

I am relatively well-versed in MATLAB especially in a scientific programming context (image processing, optimization, automation, some LabVIEW). I also have some work experience in C, Java, Android, and web development/Phonegap. I still have lots to learn about programming and I am happy to be part of the StackOverflow community after perusing the forums for several years without making an actual account (Whoops! ... better late than never).
