I'm a biochemistry PhD student who likes to tinker and dabble in some programming in my spare time. I have written a number of (basic) JAVA macros for processing microscopy images in FIJI and some basic R scripts to help clean up and process high throughput sequencing data. Recently I have taken to algorithmic trading leading me to become familiar with MySQL for data management and MQL4 (a C based proprietary language) to build expert advisors. This path has lead me down the road of machine learning which is where I am now. A soon to be biochemistry doctor with a penchant for programming.
