Birmingham based software engineer. I've worked in network management as a software engineer for Micromuse [Windows/Linux/Sun OS/HP-UX]. I also worked at RiverSoft as a research engineer where I headed up a development team and was the first employee. I have also worked for Valtech as a senior consultant supplying training and monitoring in EJB along with freelance work for a number of companies, including BEA. Latterly I have worked at Genesis Technical Systems implementing and managing the aggregated switching for xDSL. I currently work for Alert Logic as a senior engineer in their parsing team.
