I mainly work in developing platform solutions for Telecommunication sector.

I started working in several GSM operators in Paraguay back in 1998.

In 1998 started working in GSM operator in Radio Network department (Alcatel equipment) In 2000 started developing SMS applications for VAS area in GSM operator (2-way SMS applications using SMPP) In 2004 developed a MMS platform In 2006 developed a RBT platform in 2010 developed a VMS platform in 2016 developed a USSD platform

Currently I continue developing platforms for GSM operators in Latin Amrica
