He has a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering in the field of Atmospheric Computational Modeling, Master in Computer Science in the field of Computational Intelligence, and Bachelor of Computer Science from UFES. He has experience in Computer Science, focusing on Computer Systems, acting on the following subjects: programming, projecting and analysing information systems, using techonologies like Java, .NET, Delphi, C, C++ and Fortran, web development using JEE, ZKOSS, EJB, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, JPA, JNDI, J2ME, Apache Tomcat, Glassfish, Jboss, linux, clusters linux using MPI and OpenMP, numerical modeling, meteorology and air quality modeling systems such as CMAQ, WRF-CHEM, WRF, MM5, AERMOD, CALPUFF, SMOKE and MCIP, netcdf files manipulation, SQL and database management (Oracle, Sybase, MS-SQL, MySql, Firebird, Postgre), and wired/wireless network project and management. Also has a great experience in quality management systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 140001 and OHSAS 18000.
