Dr. Zhou received PhD in Computational Biology in School of Computing and NUS Graduate School for Integative Sciences and Engineering, National University of Singapore. Currently,

Dr. Zhou is the faculty member in Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Zhou research focus on host-pathogen protein-protein interaction, next-generation sequencing related investigations, including, ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, Whole Genome Seq, Whole Exome Seq, ChIA-PET, HiC, 4Cseq, etc.
