I have been managing technical projects for 20 years (even before getting a Computer Science degree) and have been programming professionally for just over 14 years.  I often take projects alone, but I prefer to work with a team of developers.

You might notice that I got a 100% (800/800) on the Analytical Reasoning (Mathematics) section of the GRE and a 96% (770/800) on the Quantitative (Mathematics) section.  I think those scores show my attention to detail.  I started my Master's degree at one of the best schools for Computer Science on the planet, UIUC (originators of such concepts as Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns).  I did not complete my Master's degree, however, because I was anxious to begin working on real world problems and have been happily working for Clients ever since.
