I’m the Operations Manager and Software Engineer for CellSmart POS, one of the leading point of sale software for wireless retailers. In this role, I direct the daily operations, including tracking and maintaining inventory, scheduling employees, processing payroll, and provided ongoing support to the sales, support and billing teams to achieve operating goals.
