I am a Software Engineer - Senior Technical Lead, hands-on experiences in mobile apps development (10+ years of industry experiences on android apps development and 4+ years of experience leading android and iOS developers).

An effective technical lead needs a combination of leadership and technical skills to efficiently do their job, and I believe I have both of these skills. Throughout my experience as a developer, I have refined my programming and technical abilities. As I grew more comfortable with my work, I challenged myself to help other developers with their projects. I found that I had the skills to explain complicated tasks to my coworkers and help them troubleshoot tasks, which is an important part of being a technical lead.
