My name is Andrew Morpeth and I am a Unified Communications Consultant specialising in Lync and Skype for Business. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, I have been working with the technology since 2007 when it was formerly known as Office Communications Server. I currently work for Lexel Systems who are a New Zealand market leader in all things Lync and Skype for Business.

I have extensive experience with on-premises and hosted Lync solutions; involved in the first tenanted hosted Lync service in New Zealand with MHA Cloud Computing's Managed Lync; and currently taking that experience further with Lexel Lync Online. My vast hosting experience has lead to a love of PowerShell, gained over the many hours spent with it automating customer on-boarding processes.
