Rob Targosz is Sole Proprietor of video game development company Bent Vector Studios. He is also Senior Software Architect at enterprise security company Blue Coat Systems.
Over the last 25 years, Rob has designed and developed a wide range of software systems. This includes cockpit display systems for Boeing and graphics drivers for Microsoft. He has also designed security software for Intel and Honeywell. Most recently, he has written several games for Android, Apple and Windows phones/tablets.
Rob holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics McMaster University where he attended on dual scholarships. The first scholarship was from Canadian Air Force ROTP program. Rob was also a member of McMaster's varsity Olympic Wrestling team.
After university Rob spent 3 years with the Canadian Air Force at CFB Kingston. He then spent some time Canadian Forces Command and Staff College in Toronto. After retiring from the Air Force, he spent 6 years at B&W Heat Treating in Kitchener. Most recently, Rob spent 6 years at ALT Software in Waterloo and 9 years with Intel Security in Waterloo.
