I help companies get further ahead by actively looking for ways to improve productivity and then lead by example or propose changes to leadership. I believe in making sure that quality is measured by customer satisfaction and company progress. One example of this is by the way I helped Macy's in Idaho Falls become more productive by trying to help other associates know where to direct other customers even after a purchase, thus enabling up selling even if I didn't get the credit.

Another achievement I have had recently have had to excel in selling goals and metrics. Such metrics are there to help employees know where to set goals who have little experience in a particular industry, and to help those with many years to get out of old habits. I track my goals every week and usually try to set them at 10 - 20 % on average above what the baseline is.

Finally I make sure that teamwork is a cornerstone of all I do for a company. Personal contribution is great, but when somebody can help the entire team do well, productivity is improved even when exemplary employees aren't present. This can apply to both brick and mortar and online based businesses.

Creativity, advanced thinking, tedious tasks, and resource management are my strengths; I love to try what I have learned immediately afterwards and then improve upon those processes by experimentation, which is why I don’t like researching hard science because I like to apply again. One of the most important things I have learned is that in life in general family always should come first if you want to be happy, productive, and good. I am confident in my abilities and am not afraid to say I don’t know because I know that learning is not an unpleasant process unless you are prideful and resistant, but instead a rewarding experience.
