My experience includes software development, both for the Android and iOS.

As a primarily autodidactic programmer, I have developed skills to quickly and effectively teach myself new concepts. Considering the intense speed at which technology is progressing, the ability to educate oneself and apply new skills to technological and creative challenges is one of a developer’s most valuable assets.

Even though the creation of software, at its core, is the act of providing a solution to a problem, the manner in which that solution is presented to the user is paramount. It is in this context I feel my analytical and problem solving skills to be most useful. The importance of the user’s experience cannot be overstated in today’s consumer-facing technology market. For software to be truly successful, it must not only provide a brilliant solution to a problem, but also do so with elegance, and inherent ease of use.

The future of the software industry lies at the intersection of the humanities and technology, and I'm thrilled to be a part of it.
