I’ve been building websites from scratch since 1994 - 20 years of website coding experience, customized existing run-of-the-mill PHP MySQL based CMS sites like Wordpress, Drupal & Joomla since 2006, with much added prior experience building ACTUAL Content & Product Management Systems, customized using Perl CGI.
