Recently retired from IBM, where I was (in order) Technical Editor, Content Developer, Website Content Manager, Developer Market Manager, Documentation Manager, Content Architect, and Bluemix Community Support lead.

To stay busy, I manage my new business, Computer Help with Ralph, and volunteer with the local Senior Technical Education program.
