I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Washington. My research is focused on quality improvement of satellite earth observations using multi-mission datasets for robust water resources monitoring and management. I am very passionate about the application of Programming, Interactive and automated desktop and web-based complex hydrologic application design and development.
My primary research interests are:
- Desktop and web-based operational system development for water resources monitoring
- Hydrometeorological application of Satellite Earth Observations and Remote Sensing
- Numerical Weather Prediction and Hydrological Extreme Event Forecasting
Prior to starting for Ph.D., I completed my MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering in June 2017 from the same department. In summer 2017, I was a student intern in Hydrological Research Laboratory at Goddard Space Flight Center, NASA and completed a web-based dynamic visualization module "LIS-ATLAS" for the Land Information System (LIS) software framework. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Department of Water Resources Engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Bangladesh. I worked as a Junior Engineer in the Institute of Water Modelling, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
