I am a homeschooled high school student and am technologically inclined by nature. From when I was 6 to when I was 16, I played with a line of LEGO robotics kits, and during that period planned on becoming a mechanical engineer. But in recent years, I've been spending most of my spare time programming, and am pretty sure that I want to pursue that as a career. I'm fluent in Java and NXC (a variant of C), have pretty good understanding of x86 assembly, and know a little bit of python.
My current largest project is an application written in Java that facilitates porting mods of the freeware game Cave Story to its commercial counterpart, Cave Story+. The main source file for this application is currently 6,000 lines long.
