Not really a hardcore computer science guy, never have had any sort of formal training but I've been running Linux and various other Unixes on various types of hardware for many years now. I also taught myself to program. I am pretty good with Ruby, Python, and PHP. I am somewhat competent with C, C++, and scheme. And I have dabbled in many, many other languages but have not written anything non-trivial in them. As far as software, I am competent using the LAMP stack, Exim, Procmail, that sort of thing. For operating systems I currently have machines running various flavours of Linux, FreeBSD, and OS X.
