I am a software/systems engineer with 20 years of experience delivering notable results. I’ve created software focused on increasing sales pipelines as well as helpdesk CRM that increased customer satisfaction and reduced average ticket counts by 90%. My engineering projects focus on saving time and money, from 5- to 6-figure budget savings to reducing hundreds of work hours through automation. My previous roles required substantial collaboration with various teams as we conducted research, planning, and execution. Additionally, I trained new team members and engineers on processes.
