This year (2013) I am working mostly as a full stack developer.

Backend:

• NodeJS, Express; still seeking a good SQL AST
• Ruby on Rails 1.x, 2.x, 3.x. Hopefully 4.x will be leaner && meaner
• Free Pascal / Lazarus for the ultra/mega rare occasion when you do need to code a fast binary executable, now even rarer due to NodeJS's brutal speed

Frontend:

• Modular Javascript; ";"s are not optional
• Backbone.js
• I <3 Require.js and the r.js optimiser
• jQuery + Plugin development + Boostrap
• 6+ Years JS experience (I don't just mean jQuery)
• HAML, Dust, LESS, SASS, SCSS, CSS/CSS3 (not so keen on ERB)
• Keeping an eye on Dart
