The rules of stack overflow is very strange and bad! I can vote up, but how do I withdraw my vote? Why can't I comment on an answer but I can provide an answer. This is just stupid! Why do I have to earn credits before doing things at all? Why do the team at Stack Overflow that people are bad by default? I guess they judge others by themselves... sadly.
