I've been programming since I was 10. :) Currently I am a developer in a leading ERP provider which I do as my day job. I mainly work with .net c#, oracle plsql/sql and bit of java as a part of it. Have a pretty good knowledge on large business application side like ERPs, working with various things from mere creating new business forms to solving high data volume performance critical problems.
Any other time I mainly focus on various other languages popping up everyday.
I started coding with very basics through languages like GW-Basic/Q-basic and Pascal. Also did some C++ in the mean time. Then move onto more graphical things like VB6. Hoovered around Java. But then I found C# and stuck with that most of the time ever since.
Although I was not an avid developer in the web in my past, my current interest is to gain knowledge on them. So currently I am looking into all those web related things. The web looks promising now compared to ten years back where I just gave up on javascript. Now JS is the thing that I am falling in love with day by day. What a world.
