Code is Life

Ever since I had my first touches with Visual Basic in middle school I always had my eyes on software engineering. However, when I started school the family business seemed like the only option so electrical engineering was the career path I started on. While working towards that goal I happened upon a landing page at the university for a summer program called Code School. The spark that I remembered was reignited and I decided to give it another shot. I have never looked back since.

I have always been fascinated with the computers in our pockets and knew I wanted to write software for smart devices that have become so crucial in our everyday lives. I spent the first 4 years of my career dedicated to building mobile apps. I have since moved to work across the entire software development stack providing value anywhere I can to the business. Nevertheless, to this day I am still very passionate about mobile apps and can't imagine working at a company that does not incorporate mobile in some way or another.
