I've been working in IT for 3 years now and have studied a Bachelors of IT. I have been on help desk for 2 years becoming one of 2 Senior members of the helpdesk in a year of working there.

I am now currently working for Computer Forensics NZ (CFNZ) and am the inter for their Data Recovery team. As well as the data recovery I take on the help desk aspect of the job fixing issues for the boss and assisting my manager in working on side projects (which is also a part of the up-skilling program).
