Working as a Technical Lead for a Product Based Company

• Working with a global product team of 28 members from the US, India & Philippines.
• Built the foundation from scratch for a Micro Frontend Architecture using React/Redux/Saga on top of a legacy ColdFusion/Lucee application with a Node server as a proxy.
• Released multiple customer-facing micro applications with the integration within the legacy application with a seamless experience.
• Conducted training on the new technology stack, and Mentored & Supported the entire FE team on the new micro frontend architecture.
• Developed new features in the application.
• Coordinated with the Product and Design teams for new features/requirements.
• Led the deployment process of features starting from lower environments (Staging, Beta/Pre-Prod) to production.
• Led the feature kickoff and discussions with the QA/UAT teams.
• Set up the Code Review standards and best practices.
• Completed the huge migration from ColdFusion to Lucee.
• Improved web application performance.
• Conducted interviews for open positions and mentored new joiners.
• Learnt .Net Core & TypeScript and worked on the analytics web application to process/present the survey data.
• Integrated Twillio and Branch.io
