I am a Post-doctoral fellow in Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS) A*STAR, working at MTMS lab, where I research machine learning methods for nanopore signal analysis and genomics data. My latest project involves direct sequencing of synthetic DNA containing Unnatural Bases.

I obtained my PhD in 2021 from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), in Singapore, under supervision of Prof. Alex Kot, working at Rapid-Rich Object Search (ROSE) Lab. Where I explored RGB-D data (pose/skeleton information) for Human Interaction Recognition in videos.
