The name of one of the coastal cities in my land is same as a group of dishes. To find the reason I inquired the old folk. What I could understand as the common between the two was the Hellical Vortex, which was created manually by stirring the soup/saute kind of preparation continuously, and the one that was created in the nearby sea due to convectional currents and the local wind patterns, also known as a climatic phenomenon by the authority.

As of date, the place feels like hell-ical to survive rather than a place to enjoy the after effects of a hellical vortex.
