I write integration tests that simulates software interactions. I hunt for cases a few integration tests find more sophisticated bugs than hundreds of unit tests. I integrate the build deployment to trigger these independent integration tests. A build compiled and ran may not always pass all integration tests. I help the team trace the measured quality and the contributors.

I do this because I enjoy creating things and genuinely hope that end-users enjoy what developer society build for them.
