    I have more than 30 years of experience in the analysis and modeling of processes, design and development of information systems, and the provision of information services.
My experience includes many programming languages and a variety of operating systems/network environments applied in diverse, substantive areas.      I have analyzed, designed,
re-engineered, developed, tested, implemented, maintained, performance tuned, enhanced, trained on, supported, and documented substantial information products, rescued and
overhauled foundering information processes and products, and prospected sales opportunities and provided pre and post sales support.   I also have 15 years of work, staff,
and site management experience and 3 years of teaching experience at the college level. 

    Over the last 7 years, I’ve been working in dHTML (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Perl/CGI, and mod_perl) on a Windows platform running the Apache server.   I developed
the STEEP idea, designed and developed a line of internet delivered, multimedia, continual improvement, long-range planning, behavior and performance enterprise
products for representative governments and public institutions, and designed and developed a responsive website to present the product line.   The application is
a complete content management system and vehicle of political communication and presents the behavioral policy, measure-based state, and change in state in situations
of investment and effort, facilitates the development and presentation of long-range plans and integrates plans and result/outcome measures, and chronicles the
journey of improvement in a continual improvement framework.

    I did the frontend, UI, and backend design, development, and testing and the application is up under
mod_perl without error. I designed and built over 80 UIs for content entry and optional visualization definition, remote media management, communication support, and
data visualizations with data drill down capability.   I've also integrated the ChartDirector, Net.PM, Gd.PM, Mapper.JS, and Watts jquery sparkline APIs into the 
application in a variety of ways.  I’m the designer, architect, and sole developer of this application and manager of the work process.   The part of the application
configuration I've developed includes approximately 200 physical modules and 100K lines of code.  I also developed the configuration management process and tools.
