Hi,

I'm a tech geek. I've enjoyed playing with computers since I was a kid, and my education is an AS in Networking and Computer Information Technology from the local community college. Since then I've gotten a day-job as a recruiter for technical and engineering jobs, which I've been doing for the past five years at several companies including Cisco as a Randstad contractor.

Recently I've decided to go back into the tech field directly rather than just helping other techies find jobs. Currently I'm self-studying for my CCENT, and going through Kernighan & Ritche's "The C Programming Language". I also have some skill in developing python scripts, mostly for web-scraping, and can honestly say I've officially written code for a Fortune 500 tech company (Cisco) as I wrote a few scrapers to help out in my talent sourcing role.
