I troubleshoot and repair home phone and internet issues remotely over the phone in a call center. I'm also currently working towards my CCNA certification in hopes of moving into a network engineer position in the near future. I am a licensed amateur radio operator with a general class license, callsign KD2MSD and also do personal computer repair and home network troubleshooting as a freelancer.

Over the years I have worked in a wide variety of fields and on a wide variety of projects and throughout this time I have worked with several technologies including development languages like C++ and PHP and even going so far as to work with hardware developing small circuits and firmware programming using processor specific Assembly programming using various microcontrollers.
