Originally from Hays, Kansas (middle of nowhere), I now live in the greater Portland Area, working for a technical IT consulting company there. My background is originially in international relations, but I have an intense interest in computer systems, and have been learning programming languages over the last few months. I am most proficient in front-end development (Javascript and popular libraries therein, Node, and Angular. I have a decent understanding of Java, and some database knowledge. Finally I am learning a few other languages such as Python and Prolog.
