I like Javascript/Typescript for its elegance, but I also deal with Android (JAVA) and iOS (Swift) as well as frontend/backend, APIs, databases and sometimes use C, C++, Python and others if I have to. On the frontend I like Knockout.js, which is similar to Vue.js but not as restrictive. In the backend, node.js would be my choice.
