Hello there my sweet friend!

  1. Sit comfortably. Relax your jaw, sit up straight and drop your shoulders.
  2. Breathe slowly and deeply.
  3. Count your breaths. Inhale 1, exhale 2, inhale 3 and so on. When you get to 10, start over. Repeat this 2 more times.
  4. When your mind wanders, bring your focus back to your breath.
  5. Enjoy life.
