I am a seasoned software developer with experience in a variety of industries including finance, health care, hospitality, academics, and decision support systems for both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. I've worked on projects of all sizes from small conference registration systems supporting a few hundred users a year to large scale budget management systems responsible for managing projects with combined assets approaching half a billion dollars.

While software analysis and development have been the backbone of my career, my real passion is in analyzing and providing guidance on the processes used by development teams. I'm dedicated to creating not only better software, but a better software industry through advocating for implementation of best practices, well defined development standards, and consistent, predictable software development lifecycles.
