I will try my best not to downvote answers, and instead try to comment if I think it might be worthwhile.

I will downvote bad questions with impunity, though. If some questioner ignores the efforts put by the answerers, that might also result in a downvote.

People should upvote answers more liberally. I see many good answers with zero votes.

I also like randomly making text bold and italic.
