Hi there! My name is Daniel and I've been working with software development for the last 10 years. A lot of my experience comes from developing CAE applications and mathematical/numerical kernels. I believe this allowed me to strengthen my mathematical foundation in topics like linear algebra, optimization, and solving PDEs numerically with Finite Volumes Method. In recent times I've worked in a real-time data analysis web application, creating physical models for the oil and gas industry.

I am currently working for SimScale as a back-end developer! Helping to build a web-based platform where you can perform CFD, FEA, and thermal simulations directly on your browser and scale computational resources on demand.

I've worked with different technologies throughout my career (C++, Python) but I'm currently working and specializing in Java and its surrounding ecosystem.
