Niklas started with system development in 1999. Ever since he's been working mainly with Microsoft solutions through web-application and database development, but also in Windows thick client development based on three- and four layer architecture.
During the first years Niklas worked in projects through the Swedish public sector helping with the integration of the agencies for Public Health and the Working Life Environment and with projects enabling the availability of the public sector through the 24/7-availability projects (24-timmars myndighet) which involved programming in the CMS Tridion. Niklas was also responsible in the development of a statistical system module that was driven through Crystal Reports SAP, .NET/C# and OOP in Eiffel.
In 2006, Niklas continued his career in IT-consulting with his first assignment at ST Ericsson and later at Mantacore were both included web development in ASP/MS SQL & VB.NET/MS SQL respectively.
In early 2009 Niklas moved to south Sweden where he continued with an employment at Cybercom Group South AB and later on as an IT-consultant at TakePoint before a short leave for studies at Lund's university. The main part of his time at Cybercom was spent in projects that involved the Public Health Agency of Sweden through the maintenance of a system called Svevac that maintained records of public vaccinations.
In 2014, Niklas was employed by CGI and joined its .NET and MS Dynamics CRM teams assisting in system development and architectural decisions in systems and technologies used in various projects. Since January 2017 Niklas moved over to CGI US West in California to work with the CalSTRS solution.
