I'm not a developer, I'm not a business man, I'm a commercial guy. I like all of this and enjoy discovering new topics and go deep into it, from understanding how scalability works, to how you could commit people into doing things you have a strong feeling in.

Also, I think self development is an additional tool devs should count on, in order to properly understand the business behind any code.
