Born in the Pacific Northwest, Richard has been developing since 2005—mostly with PHP, MYSQL and JavaScript. Starting in 2019, Richard began coding in React Native. He has built dozens of websites and web apps and published an app (Quiptickle) to the Apple App Store. He is currently a Developer at Joyous, where he helps develop their React Native app for Android, which is published in Google Play. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors.

Richard is also a writer and designer, creating a parallel universe experience via the Empire of Australia.
