I have been involved in the mobile phone business for over 10 years and have worked in positions such as technical support (for customer and sales), product training, program management, quality assurance, user interface development, and yes, software programming (focused on C/C++ with a dash of Java thrown in for good measure).

I currently manage the software department of a small start-up company that produces BREW and J2ME entertainment software for a wide range of mobile operators.
