I love solving problems and leading people. So far, my career has given me the opportunity to do both in varying degrees. I recently finished my MBA at UAB in Birmingham, AL. The MBA expanded my understanding of the various components of running a successful business. It was a great opportunity to build on the skills I have been developing over my career.

I am passionate about construction and technology. My chosen profession has given me the chance to be around both. There are many innovative things happening in the construction industry and technology has played a major part in a lot of that innovation.

I love giving back to my profession and community. I have tried to stay actively involved in various organizations and civic activities over the years. These are the things that have helped to shape me personally and professionally.
