I'm tech enthusiastic having experience of around 5 years of in the FinTech industry. I started my professional career with eCommerce but I moved to a Software Firm after 6 months that deals with the Largest NGO in the world (BRAC). The MicroFinance Software I started working on was based on Java, Angular JS, and MSSQL. I started as a Junior Programmer there and finished as a Team Lead of the Data Migration Team.

Then I moved to some other renowned Company that works on multiple projects. I got the chance in their Banking Team that deals with several top Private Banks of the country. Now I'm acting as the Team Lead for this Project. The company is mainly the Local Partner of Tata Consultancy Services(TCS). They sell the BaNCS Core Banking Solution(CBS) of TCS and ensure the implementation along with the first-level support, new feature, additional report, and requirement development. Here in this project I especially got the chance to work on a Java PrimeFace Framework-based Web Application, Jasper Report, Oracle and Postgres Database, Data Mining, DevOps, IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security, and Qlik BI as a bonus.

I love to face new challenges and learn new techs. Most of my professional time I spent on SQL-based tasks. Besides, I worked with Spring Boot REST API-based Applications along with React as a front-end. Mobile App Development was my Passion from the very beginning that helped me to work on different mobile Apps using Android Native Platform, React Native, and currently Flutter.

My other skillset includes communication and team Management. I generally love to work following Waterfall Methodology. As here the requirement remains clear at the very beginning. But depending on the situation I extremely support Agile Methodology. For my own tasks, I love to find out best practices, study them and finally search for the shortcut route to achieve them. And for Team Delivery I use Scrum every day for finding out the real picture of the current status, sort the tasks as a priority, assign them to team members, monitor the delivery, and plan for the upcoming tasks for delivering the content within the timeline.
